Bandsaws

The bandsaws are characterised by cast iron machine frames, adjustable work tables (on request motor-driven with digital display) as well as especially large cutting heights and excellent sawing precision.

 

Bandsaw BZU 630

Our band saws have especially been designed for efficient application in the model making industry. What makes these machines stand out is their design, function and precision that fully meet the demands of today's model and mould making industry.

The completely closed box-type construction, the well-arranged operation elements and the built-in electronic D. C. brake contribute to the perfect performance of the machines and correspond to the latest legal and official regulations.

Machine features standard

The work-table mounted on a wide double segment can be tilted easily and precisely forward and backwards by means of a star handle and a toothed pinion. Zero-indicator and zero-lock are re-adjustable. The scale is engraved and has vernier setting (reading accuracy 15 minutes).

–

The super-cutting height is indispensable in the model making industry. The consequently long guide bar onto which the upper band saw roller guide and saw guard are mounted can be adjusted manually with a hand wheel (self locking device).



For the models BZU 630 and BZU 800 we suggest the conveniently operating automatic height adjustment.
