Profile belt sanding machine PS 0

The profile belt sanding machine PS 0 distinguishes itself by its compact construction.
The PS 0 – Raspprofil is equipped with an additional rasping and sawing device (subsequent conversion possible).
The worktable can easily be tilted to both sides (reading accuracy 30 minutes) and the profile reversing bars, the rasps and the saw blades can quickly be exchanged, which considerably helps to increase the efficiency of this machine. It can be delivered with a machine base or as a bench type unit.
The support and suction arm serves for a precise angular position of the profile bar and for a perfect exhaust of the sanding dust. For sanding large work pieces the arm can be tilted backwards or completely removed.

 

Profile belt sanding machine PS 1

This series of machines is distinguished by a possibility of later extensions.
The base machine component PS 1 with a free-standing profile bar ensures the efficient grinding of inside contours.
The support and suction arm is available as a special accessory with the function to stabilise the free-standing profile bar and the extraction of sanding dust.
As standard equipment the machine is provided with 2 speeds and right- and left-hand rotation.
The complementary component PS 1/2 can be easily subsequently mounted. The well-formed sturdy cast iron housing of the component 2 holds two additional guide pulleys which provide the circular belt movement (similar to the band saw). The sanding belt runs through the large supporting arm. The run of the sanding belt can precisely be adjusted to both sides.
The adjustment of the sanding belt exactly to the edge of the profile bar ensures precise sanding of inside edges. The arm of the complementary unit PS 1/2 can be tilted backwards and thus the machine can operate as a PS 1.
