Vertical belt sanding machine VBZ 250

The vertical belt sanding machine VBZ 250 has especially been designed for precise surface and edge sanding. Furthermore, exact corners and inner angles can easily be machined, since the abrasive belt is accurately adjustable to either side.
Due to the large belt length and the uniform belt speed, long durability of the sanding medium is guaranteed, thus contributing to the special cost-effectiveness of this machine.

The whole machine concept has been designed with well arranged operating elements and environmentally friendly (wood-dust proof). The dust collection is most effective because of the vertical working direction.
The work table can easily be tilted to facilitate easy belt changing without displacing the pre-set table inclination. Therefore belt changing can be completed without difficulty even during the working process.

  the entire table.
- Sealing rail for T-slot.

Optional:
- Motor-driven table adjustment with angular positioning and
  digital readout, input / reading in degree / minute or decimal
  degree alternatively, also subsequent mounting.
- Machine lamp (cold light), dust and shockproof.
- Circular sanding attachment for 30 – 600 mm dia.
- Parallel guide with adjustable guide pulleys for grinding long
  work pieces.
