Der extrem leistungsfähige, dynamischen 2-Achs-Fräskopf mit flexiblem MuST®-Spindelwechselkonzept, bewältigt auch komplexe Fräsprozesse präzise. Das Schruppen und die anschließende Feinbearbeitung unterschiedlichster Werkstücke erfolgt ohne Umspannen, was die Rüstzeiten merklich reduziert. Diverse Fräsvorgänge können so mit ein und der selben Aufspannung erfolgen.

Der Gabelkopf ist in Monoblock-Ausführung aus Guss ausgelegt. Diese Bauweise erzielt höchste Temperaturstabilität und hat eine integrierte Schwingungs- und Vibrationsdämpfung, die für noch präzisere Ergebnisse beim Fräsprozess sorgt. Der VH60 ist für die HSC-Bearbeitung von hochfesten oder zähen Materialien, wie Stahl und Titan, aber auch Aluminium ausgelegt.
